MAL Series Aluminum Alloy Mini Cylinder
The aluminum alloy cylinder has undergone hard anodizing treatment. It is made of new aluminum alloy material, with electroplated surface treatment. It has high strength, corrosion resistance, and is not prone to deformation. The inner wall of the cylinder has undergone three times of fine grinding and polishing treatment, with the surface friction coefficient as low as approximately 0.04. After applying lubricating oil, it is as low as 0.02.
High-hardness carbon steel piston rod is wear-resistant and resistant to bending.
The POM polyoxymethylene guide ring has strong supporting force and long service life. The POM polyoxymethylene guide ring is capable of supporting the entire distance between the piston rod and the cylinder wall, preventing direct contact between the cylinder wall and the piston. The POM polyoxymethylene guide ring also has excellent mechanical toughness and will not cause severe wear to the cylinder wall.
